[quote="giagoulas]Dear Mr. Giagoulas,
We are pleased to inform you that there is no reason to make modifications and impovements to your Niva whatsoever.
Your Niva is already tuned and well prepared for extreme off roading.
Furthermore, design desicions were made with this target, although they might be seen "strange" to the newcomer. For example
1. The engine has just enough power. We don´t want our customers to spin their wheels and loose traction.
2. The car is provided with three differentials. You may lock the center differential but not the front and rear ones. This is intentionally by design. We do not want our customers to go to places where it would be difficult for other cars to follow them.
3. Ride quality and comfort is superb for the terrain that the car is intended. If you take your niva to places where you are supposed to drive it , you would not notice the difference of an improved comfort.
4. As part of our educational programme, the car is design to produce harmless problems - exersices from time to time . The owner is expected to continiously improve his problem-solving ability. This might be life saving in extreme desert expenditions.
However, if you insist in modifying and improving your Niva , you can always change the supplied excellent tires with Mud Terrain after market tires.
Yours Faithfully
